We Have Moved!!!

After spending so much time trying to keep my blog and website updated with my most current sessions, I decided to combine the two!  I now have a new blog site everything is in one place and you will find my most current session sneak peaks, updates, and information with one click!  Our current blog subscribers will need to subscribe to our new blog site at www.allisonnicholephotography.com to receive e-mails on our newest blog posts.  You will also need to update your favorites if you have linked me in your toolbar!  I hope you enjoy my new site!

A Green Wedding! :)

Crystal has been in my life for MANY years, she and my sister have been friends since 6th grade!  I was SO EXCITED to find out she was getting married, and was asking me to photograph her big day!  I met Jason during our consultation and knew they were perfect for each other.  I could see they had something special in the way he looked at her.  Jason’s last name is Green so what better wedding color than Green!  I loved the details of green throughout their day, from the bridesmaid dresses to the packets of daises on each table for the guests.  I am truly blessed to have photographed their wedding just a few weeks ago.  The wedding was here in my home town, which is a blessing in itself, I am ALWAYS traveling at least an hour!  We were able to get downtown photographs on  Main Street as well as the the country photos at Cuiver River State Park.  The Green’s LOVE the outdoors so it was perfect!  Thank you so much Crystal & Jason for the honor of photographing your wedding day.  Congratulations!!

Update on my busy life and business!

I have been sadly neglecting my blog for while now, sorry readers!  I have been so busy with sessions, a new blogsite, weddings, and preparing for by besties wedding this June!   I have however promised myself to keep my fans updated with all of my new work and their own lovely faces on here and my Facebook page! The new website will be *hopefully* debuting next week.  I am so exciting to be combining my website and my blog into one incredible website, I can’t wait!

The start of wedding season was just a few weeks ago with one of my sisters childhood friends, I will be sharing her awesome images later today!  And last weekend was the first of a full weekend of sessions.  I photographed a 6 month old, 9 month old, LOVE ROCKS session, and a senior.

I must share a photo because no blog post is complete without one!  A  fabulous photograph from the wedding I am going to share later…

Lizzie’s 1st Birthday Party | St. Louis Children’s Photographer

I was so honored to photograph the K family for the past year!  I can’t believe how Lizzie has grown from her newborn photographs!  We have created some BEAUTIFUL images of their Lizzie together and will continue to watch her grow through my photography.  Lizzie always makes me smile, from her little faces to her dance moves!  I was so excited to photograph Lizzie’s 1st birthday party just a week after her birthday.  Check out her lady bug birthday complete with a beautiful cake done by Sam !

Little Lizzie is *almost* ONE! | St. Louis Child Photographer

I have photographed this little cutie multiple times over the last year.  Lizzie is such a doll and always makes me smile at all of the faces she makes during our photography sessions!  This time her daddy was in charge so she debuted the adorable Grateful Dead dress at the start of the day…isn’t she the cutest!  I am so excited to photograph her 1st birthday party next month, I will be sure to post her smash cake images!!!

Jamie+Luke=Love Rocks!!! | St. Louis Wedding Photographer

This couple is awesome! I had such a great time with Jamie+ Luke’s engagement session at Luke’s grandparents home in St. Louis.  The property was inside of a subdivision but had a beautiful lake, swings, trees, and architecture!  These are beautiful evening portraits of these two love birds!  They were up for anything and let me get as creative as I wanted.  Check out all of the AWESOME images of this LOVE ROCKS session!!  I am so excited to photograph Jamie & Luke’s wedding next June!!

Miss Novalee | St. Louis Newborn Photographer

Little Miss Novalee is such a doll baby!  She is the calmest baby I have EVER met!  This little one let me do whatever I needed and didn’t make one peep.  You may remember her Mamma’s maternity photos at the park.  I photographed Novalee when she was just 4 days old, I was going out of town and her Mommy wanted those adorable newborn photos!  Well, she got them!  Check out these great images of Novalee, big brother Noah, and her wonderful parents!

Kleck Family | St. Louis Child & Family Photographer

This is truly one of the cutest families I have photographed!  Lauren, Adam, and little Elizabeth are the sweetest people I have met to date!  Lauren called for ELizabeth’s 3 month session and wanted just a few photos with the three of them.  I kinda incorporated Mom and Dad a little bit more and I am glad I did!  This family was just too cute doing whatever I said, moving all of the furniture around included!  I even had them cuddle up on the couch which are some of my all time favorite images!  Enjoy…

Little Man Jamieson | St. Louis Children’s Photographer

Jamieson is one of the happiest babies I have ever met!  He is always happy and full of smiles…well sometimes we have to coax them out of him!  We did his 6 month session at their home, using their yard as well as living room and Mommy & Daddy’s room!  Jamieson’s laugh is incomparable and those big blue eyes get me every time!  I absolutely love when Elisha calls for Jamieson’s session.  I know when I arrive he is happy and ready for his photo-shoot!  He was happiest laying on Mommy & Daddy’s bed…you will see the huge smiles!
